How do I place an order?
You can order directly from the website simply by adding your selected item to your shopping bag by selecting the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. If the "Add to Cart" button is not available, this item is out of stock (and most likely a one-off). In this case, please contact me if your require something similar.
The shopping cart is provided by PayPal - however you do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment - just choose the option on the left of the screen to pay by credit or debit card. PayPal ensures a completely secure transaction process.
Payment can also be made by check or postal order. In this case, please email me your order requirement and I will get in touch with further details. Items will be shipped once payment has cleared.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery to the UK is a flat £5.00 for all orders. All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. If you are ordering internationally, please get in touch before ordering for shipping costs
How are orders packaged?
All items are individually packaged in a beautiful Victoria Mary Vintage gift box before being carefully packaged in mailing envelopes or boxes. Small items of jewellery will be placed in lovely organza bags inside the gift boxes while larger items like tiaras and headbands will be carefully wrapped in luxury acid free tissue paper to protect them inside the boxes.
How quickly are orders processed?
As many items are made to order, please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery. One-off designs ordered directly from the website should arrive within 1-2 weeks.
Help! My order isn't what I expected!
As I use vintage materials in my jewellery you should expect small signs of age, including some minor marks and discolourations. I take care to source only vintage items in excellent condition - however due to the very fact that they are vintage some aging should be expected and loved!
I try my best to photograph and describe the jewellery as accurately as I can - however as monitor settings vary quite widely there is a chance the colour of your item in reality varies slightly from the colours you saw on the screen. Please contact me if you would like colour samples sent to you (free of charge) prior to purchase to ensure your jewellery matches your colour scheme.
All items are carefully checked prior to shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition. If your order arrives in anything other than this, please contact me as soon as your item arrives.
However, I understand that sometimes you might just change your mind. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, I offer a no questions asked returns policy (providing the item is in unused condition) within 7 days of your receipt of the item. See below for further details on my returns policy.
What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you need to return your item, please contact me within 2 days of receipt to let me know. Items should be returned, unused, in their original packaging and condition, to me within 7 days of confirmation using recorded mail. Items in unused condition will be refunded in full, minus any shipping costs.
Unfortunately for health reasons earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned.
Repairs guarantee
As my items are handmade using vintage materials, they are delicate and should be treated with care. Avoid spraying perfume or hairspray near your jewellery as this may discolour it.
However, I also know that sometimes accidents happen (especially when the band really gets going at midnight!) and I therefore provide a lifetime repairs guarantee on all my handmade jewellery (excluding antique jewellery) - if anything happens to your piece of jewellery, I will repair it free of charge.
