Beautiful, near-perfect condition 1940's vintage bridal clutch bag made in Belgium for Saks Fifth Avenue.
This gorgeous bag is fully beaded on both the back and the front with an ivory bead base and abstract floral detailing in platinum and antique gold. There are three sections inside - a traditional clutch centre, with both front and back both opening up (with snaps) to reveal envelope-style pockets, with a mirror and comb in the back section. The mirror has tarnished with age, giving it a beautiful antique look.
There are no significant marks - a stunning and very unusual bridal clutch in superb condition.
